Refund policy

At Celebrate Yourself, we want you to love your purchase! Since each item is made especially for you, we have a few guidelines for returns and refunds:

1. Made-On-Demand Items

All t-shirts and hoodies are printed and produced after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or preference changes.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don’t worry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at [your email/contact page link], and we’ll make it right. Options may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or damaged item.
